Your Role:

As a Frontend Engineer, you will:

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build scalable and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across applications.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to align on UI/UX goals and frontend architecture.
Contribute to discussions on design systems, UI/UX enhancements, and technical improvements.
Implement modern CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM, utility-first, atomic CSS) to maintain scalable and maintainable styles.
Optimize applications for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA standards).
Integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL for dynamic content handling.
Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making to uphold frontend best practices.
Troubleshoot UI issues, debug performance bottlenecks, and continuously improve application efficiency.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, or Styled Components.
Experience building reusable UI components and working with design systems.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

Experience with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Svelte).
Understanding of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Express.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
