Position: Order Entry / Customer Service

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating shipping labels for returns and orders.

• Entering large PO information such as BOLs and packing slips.

• Scheduling freight carries to pick up products and large orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Great organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to multitask and strong excel, word and outlook 365 skills.

• Experience working in shipping and large freight forwarders
