• Design and produce technical spec sheets, sales brochures, marketing flyers, and promotional banners across both business divisions.
• Create functional packaging designs and decal artwork tailored for diverse product lines.
• Generate, implement, and manage compliant product barcodes in accordance with retail and regulatory standards.
• Design digital assets including EDMs (email direct marketing) and web media to support multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Execute and direct product and lifestyle photo shoots for campaign collateral and catalog assets.
• Maintain strict brand consistency and visual identity across Automotive Products and Sports and Fitness brands.
• Manage concurrent design workflows, prioritizing deliverables to meet tight deadlines across both corporate divisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product development teams to translate creative briefs into high-impact visual assets.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with external print suppliers to ensure quality control and exact prepress specifications.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar design role.
• Proven experience as a senior-level graphic designer, backed by a strong portfolio spanning both print and digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with After Effects as an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of print production processes, packaging design, and pre-press requirements.
• Hands-on experience with barcode generation and packaging compliance standards.
• Exceptional expertise in typography, visual layout, and brand consistency across diverse channels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and hit deadlines in fast-paced operational environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality control and design accuracy.
• UI/UX design experience across web and mobile applications.
• Video creation, editing, and post-production capabilities.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI image and video generation tools into modern creative workflows.
• Photography and photo direction expertise for brand assets and campaign collateral.
