Your Role:

• Outbound Client Engagement:
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients to discuss product and service usage, aiming to increase customer comfort and product utilization.
• Consultative Selling:
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to position Moneris as a competitive advantage for prospective customers.
• Customer Support:
  • Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and queries in accordance with defined guidelines, processes, and performance metrics.
• Performance Management:
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to meet or exceed performance expectations by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Lead Management:
  • Ensure all leads are addressed following the company’s defined guidelines.
• Reporting:
  • Deliver daily and weekly performance reports as required.
• Accountability:
  • Take full responsibility for any necessary follow-up actions on behalf of the customer.
• Industry Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance Moneris's value proposition as a provider.
