Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will: 

  • Respond to customer questions and inquiries regarding products, services, and support requests via phone and email. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and resolve issues by utilizing standard company tools and established procedures. 
  • Perform transactional administrative tasks, including processing inbound and outbound phone calls. 
  • Process accurate data entry work for new accounts, operational sites, and other related requests. Meet and exceed service performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics, efficiency goals, and issue resolution benchmarks.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency.
  • A positive attitude and strong focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible, shifting schedule.
  • Must reside within a 60 to 90-minute commute from the office.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Prior experience in a front-of-house contact center setup and back-office administrative work.
  • Experience handling Australian, New Zealand, or UK customer accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing.
