Your Role:

As a Sr. Data Analyst (PowerBI and SQL), you will:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and integrated data solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, optimise performance, and ensure data accuracy
Extract, clean, merge, and transform data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics
Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support ETL processes and business analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
Publish and manage cloud-based dashboards, including access management, refresh scheduling, and troubleshooting
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and proper report documentation across systems
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting capabilities, and business intelligence solutions

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
Advanced Power BI skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes
Experience working with relational and/or cloud-based databases
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience developing reusable datasets and semantic models
Knowledge of data governance, report documentation, and data glossaries
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience supporting finance, sales, customer service, and operational reporting
Bachelor's degree or certification in Data Analytics, IT, or a related field
