Position: E-commerce Developer

Location: Mall of Asia Complex, Two E-com 

Work setup & shift: Hybrid setup (2x a week onsite) | Day shift

Salary - up to 140k (depending on skill level; open for intermediate or senior)

Your Role:

As an Ecommerce Developer, you will:

• Execute search agency recommendations: Work through priorities, put updates live, and handle technical search tasks including redirects, structured data, sitemaps, page speed, images, and internal links.
• Build high-converting assets: Create engaging landing pages, funnels, and future websites aligned with the team's scaling strategy.
• Optimize customer journeys: Help design simple tests, interpret results, and guide customer pathways from landing and home pages.
• Maintain tracking health: Ensure tracking mechanisms remain robust across Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta pixel, and Search Console.
• Release safely: Test all code modifications thoroughly, maintain audit records, and ensure reliable rollback capabilities while collaborating closely with local brand managers.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 3 or more years of web development experience with strong Shopify expertise, including custom theme creation
• Proven experience integrating and working with APIs
• Demonstrated experience building at least one full website from scratch rather than just editing templates
• Working familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong written English communication skills with the ability to explain technical options and provide clear recommendations

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with React, Next.js, or headless commerce frameworks such as Shopify Hydrogen
• Familiarity with other ecommerce platforms, technical search optimization, and conversion testing
• Experience working with Shopify Plus or Shopify Markets
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools
• Prior experience working across multiple Shopify stores and remote team environments
