Your Role:

• Bank reconciliations
  
• Reconciliation of Total Tools Online payment disbursements
  
• Entry of Total Tools Online customer refunds
  
• Processing of Total Tools Online customer tickets
  
• Processing store EB tickets and customer credit notes
  
• Updating Total Tools Commercial disputed invoices in Pronto
  
• Follow up overdue customer accounts
  
• Assisting other team members as required
  

What You Need:
1. Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification
2. Previous work in accounts/administration
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Well organized and a team player
5. Good work ethic and attention to detail
6. Ability to learn new tasks.
7. High level of computer literacy and proficiency.
