Your Role:
As an Assistant/Management Accountant, you will provide high-quality accounting and administrative support across a wide range of activities for the Company.
Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Assisting in month-end closing to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Performing account reconciliations and providing necessary supporting documentation.
- Maintaining accurate financial records in strict compliance with Company standards.
- Supporting the provision of information and documentation for audit purposes.
- Contributing to the development of management and quality control processes, including the documentation of process maps and policies.
- Supporting a program of continuous improvement and providing assistance to other organizational functions as needed.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Previous experience in a multi-national company or a shared service setup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear English communication skills with the ability to explain or present complex financial data in a clear, understandable way.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a detailed-oriented environment.
Preferred skills/expertise:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or any Business-related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance-related tasks; Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with D365, CRM, or similar systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
