Your Role:

As a Transaction Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of Admin Officers, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the daily review and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of transaction errors (order and credit errors), providing strategic reports and actionable proactive improvement plans.
• Oversee the timely and accurate creation of new customer accounts in Pronto ERP, as well as the processing of incoming orders, master data updates, and manual adjustment requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Accounts Receivables, and Finance) to efficiently resolve customer requests and maintain exceptional quality assurance.
• Champion the Supagas Safety Vision (“Think SAFE, Work SAFE, Live SAFE”) by ensuring all staff operate within safety rules, reporting hazards, and participating in safety risk assessments and emergency response plans.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in administrative, operational management, or transaction processing roles.
• Domain Expertise: Prior background working in credit, claims, billing-related functions, or transaction oversight.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using ERP and billing systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP, Oracle) along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and driving performance improvements within a team to meet strict SLAs.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle complex escalations and explain detailed information clearly and professionally.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Industry Background: Prior experience in the utilities, gas, logistics, or shared services sector.
• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or any related discipline.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills with a decisive, solutions-focused mindset and a proactive approach to continuous process optimization.
• Culture Fit: Strong commitment to upholding a "Safety-First" culture and delivering a customer-centric service philosophy.
