Your Role:
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be the hands-on executional engine responsible for the setup, optimization, and reporting of paid search and paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Specifically, you will:
- Own end-to-end paid search campaign setup and management across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword strategy, match type management, negative keyword hygiene, ad copy, and Quality Score optimization.
- Execute end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, maintaining strict naming conventions, audience targeting, creative rotation, and thorough QA protocols.
- Optimize bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative performance, budget pacing, and frequency controls continuously to deliver against full-funnel client KPIs.
- Develop and implement structured A/B testing frameworks across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments, documenting and applying findings systematically.
- Build and maintain clear campaign reporting infrastructure, providing data-led performance commentary and forward-looking strategic recommendations.
- Manage campaign measurement infrastructure, covering pixel/tag implementation, conversion tracking setup, UTM parameter conventions, and platform-to-analytics reconciliation via GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Support tactical planning inputs, including audience sizing, channel phasing, budget allocation modeling, and troubleshooting performance anomalies or platform issues methodically.
- Ensure all platforms and supporting tools are configured correctly and operate strictly according to digital best practice standards.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, ideally within a digital or integrated media agency environment.
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max) and strong hands-on capability in Meta Ads Manager (audience strategy, lookalikes, retargeting, and pixel setup).
- Solid LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience across both brand and lead generation objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaign measurement end to end, including pixel/tag implementation, GA4 configuration, conversion tracking verification, and UTM discipline.
- Strong analytical capability with the proficiency to interpret multi-platform data, utilize Excel or Google Sheets, and translate raw numbers into clear, prioritized recommendations.
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to campaign builds, disciplined QA practices, and the ability to manage concurrent work across multiple clients without compromising accuracy.
Preferred Skills/Expertise
- Experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360, AdForm, or The Trade Desk.
- Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) for trafficking and measurement purposes.
